Beginner

(2 months)

Learn the basics of chess from FIDE rated chess instructors. This course is designed for beginners that wants to make sure they understand the fundamentals of chess.

In the Beginner program you will learn

Introducing the game and learning the chessboard.
The basics of chess.
Online practice sessions to analyze games.
Improving in all areas of the game and advancing the chess level.

INTERMEDIATE

(3 months)

This course will take you a level further from the Beginners program to Intermediate level. The objective of this course is to give you a genuine lift in your chess understanding in all the phases of the game..

In the Intermediate program you will learn

Understanding of chess tactics.
Learning chess openings, middlegame and endgames.
Online practice sessions to analyze games.
Improving in all areas of the game and advancing the chess level.

ADVANCED

(6 months)

This course is specially designed to advanced players or experienced scholastic chess players ready to take on the world of high-level tournament chess – and succeed! Key features of the Advanced Chess program is that you will figure out how to play any position on the chess board i.e. understanding the essence of every major opening and their typical middle games.

In the Advanced program you will learn

Advanced chess tactics, openings, and endgames.
Positional play and strategy in the middlegame.
Online practice sessions to analyze games.
Improving in all areas of the game and advancing the chess level.

Learning chess doesn't stop here. It is an ongoing process that requires continuous improvement. If you have the desire to continue learning and improving your chess skills, we are here to support and assist you in reaching your full potential.

About Us

Benaka Chess is a chess School located in Karnataka. we genuinely want to improve the chess game & its awareness in India. Coaching is provided to young students(Both online and offline). There are several chess coaches attached with Benaka Chess, looking after the development of the games of chess of the students. Both theoretical and practical classes are taken by the coaches. Besides, several practical tournaments are organized by the Benaka Chess for the students so that they do not face any problems in taking part in Chess Tournaments. Importance is given to gain international ratings by the students of the Association. Classes are usually taken in the evening from Monday to Saturday and in the morning on Sunday. Coaches fix the class of any particular student as per students' understanding the game of chess. English and Kannada medium of instructions are arranged as per need. Chess develops mental analysis power.

However, anyone above 5 years of age, is willing to make a further development with the help of any good coach or chess-masters, may also approach Us.

My name is Prashanth M P ,

I am an International federation of chess rated player with peak fide rating of 1604. I started my coaching career in 2001 and have experience of preparing students from beginner level to preparing them for various higher level chess tournaments. I am also experienced as an arbiter in many chess tournaments.

I have trained 500+ students, and my students have won numerous prizes in local, state, and national level tournaments.

I have observed the positive development in the kids who learn and practice chess. The student learning chess may not become a world chess champion in future. But definitely he'll learn the most valuable lesson from chess and become successful in life.

My name is Pruthvi M P ,

Chess is not just a hobby but also a passion that helps me to express myself and, in many ways, defines who I am. I have been playing chess for more than 17 years now. I am an International federation of chess rated player with peak fide rating of 1435 , Having 3+ years of online and offline coaching experiences . I won gold, silver and bronze medals in state level . I have represented Yuvaraja's college for 3 consecutive years and I represented Mysore University as the captain of the chess men's team at the South-zone (National level) in both 2021-22 and 2022-23.

Beyond developing student's intellect, chess nurtures their creativity, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. It fosters discipline, patience, and resilience, teaching them valuable life lessons both on and off the board.

I am an Arena Grand Master, having the standard FIDE rating of 1721 . I have represented Yuvaraja's college for 3 consecutive years and I represented Mysore University chess men's team at the South-zone in 2019-20 and 2020-21.

As a dedicated chess player, I have chosen to pursue my passion professionally after completing my BSc degree. Currently, I actively participate in tournaments while striving towards achieving a prestigious chess title. In addition to my own pursuit, I am also a full-time coach, committed to nurturing the exceptional talents of young players and helping them unleash their true potential. Our collective mission is to bring out the very best in your child.
